A fee based practice is one that doesn't not take insurance; however, if you have a PPO you can defray the cost of evaluation and treatment using your out-of-network benefits. Contact your PPO provider for more details.

Once your superbills add up to a certain dollar amount (referred to as a “deductible”) for the year, your insurance carrier will then reimburse you for a portion of what you pay to Joe Gallego MD PLLC. Typically, you will get back 50 to 80% of what you spend, depending on your specific plan.
